The client is a renowned and highly successful multinational manufacturer. This role is for their European Division which focuses on CSSD equipment and consumables. It is a new role, driven by their growth and expansion plans across all of Ireland. With an existing and long-standing customer base, this new position is aimed at capitalizing on the already expanded Irish-based customer support team. Now that this customer support is at a level to suit their high standards, it is the next step in their business development plans.
The role is suited to an experienced sales professional that has existing contacts and relationships in major hospitals. Specifically, with contacts and relationships in CSSD and purchasing, possibly infection control too. The existing customer base includes major hospitals across Ireland and as their new business wins across many other European countries, evidence there’s lots of potential for growth in Ireland over the next few years.
The product range is specific and includes capex equipment, chemicals and a comprehensive range of related consumables. It is all backed up and supported by excellent customer service, field engineers, tenders and contract office support and a brand name that opens doors.
The successful applicant will be someone who becomes the ‘Go To’ person for this product range and leads the expansion and business unit growth across all-Ireland. It is an excellent career opportunity with a renowned employer that rewards its staff. The low staff turnover evidence this.
