As their field service engineers visit customers at their homes as well as healthcare facilities, this mix of technical skill and good attitude for dealing with people is essential.
The product range is varied and extensive but with common technical aspects through-out. This requires use of a company vehicle / van as necessary parts / accessories are needed.
The role requires a skillset of electro-mechanical, electrical, programming / software settings and familiarity with PCB / electronic controls. A professional, yet personable manner with a balanced level of empathy for customers is also needed.
We are open to applicants from different industry sectors but candidates must be able to demonstrate in their current / previous roles; the knowledge, skills and attitude that we describe.
