Our Client is a European multinational and the role is with their Irish Division which is run more akin to an Irish SME, employing just under forty people throughout Ireland. They manufacture in Europe and distribute equipment used in major hospitals throughout Ireland. Their reputation is excellent amongst customers, staff and the wider healthcare sector. Their staff turnover is less than half the sector average. Their market share in their speciality sectors is highly envied.
Due to growth and expansion with new product lines being distributed, there is now a need for a marketing-focused co-ordinator. The role has a wide remit, and an experienced professional is sought. The objective of the role is to help drive and coordinate marketing and sales activity.
In return, the client is totally flexible on the hours worked each day and it can be remote for a significant part of that time, with some time in the office working with colleagues.
The responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing marketing plans, collateral, and activity. This includes print, event, mailings, newsletters, advertising and some online along with measurement and reporting. You will be working with and supporting management and the sales team.
