Our client is a successful, busy and growing SME in the Rebab and Mobility sector. They trade across All-Ireland and are now expanding their presence in Northern Ireland. The product range is varied, extensive and includes exclusivity of brands renowned for their quality and value.
To facilitate this growth, they’re looking for a salesperson with Rehab / Mobility sector knowledge, experience and contacts. A person who has or is establishing themselves as a “Go To”, trusted professional and dedicated Product Specialist.
It is envisaged that this will be a career move for someone keen to become a key player in the sector across Northern Ireland. It can be described as an autonomous role that will be given the full backing and support of a highly experienced team from a key supplier to the market. Hence it suits a person who is self-motivated and structured in their approach.
The role requires a combination skillset. Active in developing new business but with soft, consultative selling skills. Someone able to work alongside clinicians such as OT’s as well as a variety of clients and end-users to become a trusted, professional assessor. Insight into frameworks, tenders and contracts will also be highly beneficial as will experience of negotiation with Nursing / Care Homes and Groups.
In return, the successful applicant will gain a good basic salary and a highly rewarding, open-ended commission structure that should see it build to circa £30k in additional earnings. Additionally, their daily allowances are market-leading. Other benefits are also on the table to ensure this is a very good remuneration package that attracts and retains the right person.
