The Job:
- Collaborate with teams to analyse business requirements related to sales and customer relationship management.
- Develop custom solutions to meet sales and stakeholder needs.
- Implement and manage applications, including configuring, customising, and integration with other business systems.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with your team to automate and optimize processes in digital systems.
- Maintain platform data integrity and security by implementing GDPR requirements, security, and best practices.
- Be the go-to lead for technical support and troubleshooting for users, resolving issues timely and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and features, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and the user experience.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations to knowledge-share, maintenance procedures, and digital infrastructure integrity.
Required:
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end development, as well as an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Proven experience in using specialised software to create a web content management system together with custom development.
- A proficient understanding of commonly used web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to seamlessly translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and at ease working in a team.
