About the Role

Our client is a good company to work for, evidenced by very low staff turnover. A niche SME with a highly respected and well-known team selling medical / healthcare products. They’re well established and hold an envied place on numerous Health Service Contracts and Frameworks. Due to being extremely busy, what they need now is a true ‘people person’ who can become a ‘Trusted Assessor’, working with clinical professionals in community care throughout both parts of Northern Ireland and also Bordering Irish counties, including County Dublin.

This is a very hands-on role, as it will involve taking equipment to the client’s home or healthcare facility, demonstrating and ‘assessing’ the client to ensure the best suited product type, size or connotation is recommended.

The successful applicant must live within a reasonable commuting distance of both sides of the border, so they are positioned with good / easy road access throughout the territory. A person who is focused, well organised and able to build strong, professional working relationships with clinicians and clients using the products. Your personal characteristics will include professionalism, walk-in- the-room credibility, self-motivation, and a considered, structured approach. Enthusiasm and an energetic demeanor will also be key, as is a desire to help improve people’s quality of life.

As a business, they’re experiencing continued year on year growth across Northern Ireland, Ireland and other areas across the UK. This means that good career prospects are ahead for the successful applicant.

Please note that the remuneration package will be tailored depending on the your experience to date. Those with no experience will benefit from extensive company training and development with good career prospects. So, if this appeals and you’re worried about lack of experience, we’ll assess your potential and it could be the start of a successful career.
