Our client is a successful SME that supplies medical products. They focus on three core markets, have over a hundred staff and through expansion, have a vacancy for an insightful, commercially astute Marketing Manager who will join the company’s senior management team.
The role requires a genuine team leader who possesses that rare mix of full-spectrum marketing knowledge, professional ‘know-how’ delivery skills and a ‘can do’ attitude that allows them walk in the room credibility. The role is not for the faint-hearted or anyone that needs to be given direction. To be successful, you must be able to decide and deliver strategy, direction and action that produces results and helps the company to move to the next level. You must be a true leader who will develop the existing team and their professional competencies.
We are open to hearing from proven marketing manager candidates of differing backgrounds but they will be required to evidence their insights, skills, knowledge and ability. This includes showing how they can assimilate information and provide direction in markets ranging from retail to influential clinical professionals.

The remuneration reflects the seniority of the role and a market-leading package is on the table for the right person including a high basic salary. The role is predominantly office based but will undoubtedly involve travel around Ireland as engagement with colleagues, industry and professionals in the healthcare sector will be needed.
