Our client supplies a wide portfolio of medical products, devices and equipment to hospitals in both the public (NHS) and private sectors throughout the UK. This role is focused on their ultrasound product range and falls within their diagnostics portfolio.
With excellent framework agreements in place, and a strong and loyal customer base throughout this high-performing territory, a vacancy has now arisen due to internal promotion.
The role involves working alongside, advising, and selling to clinicians through a professional consultative sales process. To enhance skills, regardless of experience, all new employees undergo thorough professional training on their respective product ranges, together with their suitable applications.
Hence the successful candidate will be someone with the intellect to assimilate and thoroughly understand the equipment and its uses to a level where they can advise and train hospital teams. What the candidate must bring from day one, is a suitable and transferrable skillset and highly professional attitude. Experience must include some dealings with clinicians up to the consultant level within a hospital setting.
After an extensive training program that is highly respected throughout the sector, the successful candidate will be taking over an extensive customer base which they will be expected to develop and grow. New opportunities, especially in the private sector will be a major focus for new business.
