Our client is a successful, busy, and growing SME that employs over a hundred people across the island of Ireland. Their product range is varied and covers different healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an office-based Sales Manager for a team that includes both an internal / office-based salespeople and also field based Product Specialists.
To be considered for this role, you must have a track record of sales team leadership and/or management. Healthcare / medical products experience is not a necessity. This experience could be with a field-based sales team or telesales / office based. Your commercial knowledge will include a good understanding of business metrics. You will also have excellent coaching and team building skills. An ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders and provide team leadership with a focus on retaining and building business is also a must.
The remuneration package will be tailored to suit the successful candidate and will include a good basic salary and an excellent bonus system.
Our interviewing process on behalf of our client will require you demonstrate the required skills and if initially successful, will include a presentation whereby you can evidence your commercial insights.
