Our client is a well-respected international manufacturer and supplier of mobility, rehabilitation, moving, and handling equipment. Their training is excellent and their staff turnover is very low. They hold a prestigious place in the industry and are well-known throughout.

The role is territory-based and focused upon three areas; clinical client assessments with professionals (such as occupational therapists), specialist dealer/resellers, and thirdly, some focus on the care-home market.

They are looking for a person with good, professional communication skills that is able to converse persuasively with clinicians, business colleagues, and clients. A good level of commercial awareness with the drive to hunt and gain new business whilst ensuring the existing and extensive customer base is managed and looked after well.

The nature of the products requires an element of physical involvement for demonstration and assessment purposes and is, therefore, a ‘hands-on’ role. This is a position that demonstrably affects and improves the quality of life for clients whilst allowing a high level of work satisfaction, financial opportunity, and good career prospects.

This may suit someone looking to advance their career, move into medical products and want to join a successful and growing provider with a renowned product range. Alternatively, you could be a more experienced sales professional from within the industry, looking to move to a position with an excellent product range from a renowned name.

The package on offer will be tailored to suit the individual and includes an open-ended commission structure. The OTE is an honest one, based upon reality. Indeed, some colleagues far exceed it.

The successful applicant will be based in the territory. Their personal characteristics will include professionalism, walk-in-the-room credibility, self-motivation, and a considered, structured commercial awareness and drive. Good time management, enthusiasm, and an energetic demeanor will also be key.
