A fast-growing educational platform is seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to lead the development of high-quality digital learning resources for students and teachers across Ireland, South Africa, and Australia. About the Role
As Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and maintaining a wide range of digital resources for second-level education. You’ll manage content projects from concept to completion, ensuring all material is engaging, accurate, and aligned with curriculum standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams—including design, product, and marketing—you will oversee content creation workflows and lead a team of writers and designers. You’ll also help identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through the use of AI tools and innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of educational content including quizzes, articles, videos, and podcasts.

Manage and support a team of content creators and designers.

Research, scope, and gain approval for new content initiatives.

Oversee quality control—reviewing, proofreading, and testing content before publication.

Delegate tasks and manage project workflows to ensure deadlines are met.

Format and upload digital content to online platforms.

Maintain clear communication across departments, resolving roadblocks as needed.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams for aligned content delivery (note: this role does not include social media content creation).

Maintain content management documentation and suggest process improvements.

Explore and recommend new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance content creation and efficiency.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and work as part of a wider content team committed to delivering top-tier learning tools.
Key Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content management.

Proven track record in managing high-volume digital content production.

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).

BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Monday.com).

Exceptional copywriting and content editing skills.

Knowledge of AI tools used in content creation is highly desirable.

Tech-savvy with a keen interest in educational technology.

Strong leadership and communication skills; a true team player.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently.

Fluent in written English with a high standard of grammar and clarity.
Desirable Skills

Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS).
