The Job:
- Delivery of the e-commerce strategy and KPI metrics by channel
- The driving force behind priorities, performance, and working closely with channel and customer teams to accelerate progress or change and adapt when needed.
- Champion e-commerce and increase internal stakeholder understanding.
- Gather, report and share insights into customer behaviour and identify opportunities to drive the business forward digitally.
- Help us stay at the forefront of digital trends and improve our customer touchpoints in all digital channels.
- Be the go-to lead for our customer team’s digital plans online.
- Expertise in driving traffic and purchase, as well as superb digital shopping experience skills.
- Brand asset and top content planning working alongside brand and product teams.
- Implement best practices in e-commerce category management.
Required:
- Extensive e-commerce commercial experience
- Proven experience in driving online sales, and online growth.
- Successfully owned an e-commerce strategy and can prove success.
- A proficient understanding of driving sales through online channels and a strong understanding of shopping behaviour.
- Complex understanding of the system functionality of an e-commerce platform.
- Relationship-building skills both internally and externally with strong communication skills. Persuasive and influential communication style.
- Excellent time and project management.
- Turn insights into actionable digital strategies.
This is a very good remuneration package that attracts and retains the right person. Salary in the region of £40-45k DOE for the right candidate.
