Our client is the Irish division of a multi-national manufacturer with a primary customer focus on healthcare facilities. They are a well-known industry name of excellent repute with products that are highly regarded throughout the sector. With an existing long-standing and growing customer base, this position is overseeing the efficient installation of equipment across Ireland, including the management of engineers working on those projects.
The role is suited to someone with experience in electro-mechanical equipment installations, team working / supervision or management, scheduling, budgetary responsibility, safety, and compliance regulation. They will also assist in the preparation of tenders and assist the sales department in efforts to secure new business.
The remit includes dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders including both internal and external. From numerous colleagues within other departments to team management and customer liaison. A high level of good, strong communication is therefore essential.
This is a truly varied role that places demands on both technical ability and knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment with strong organisational and management skills.
It is a hybrid role but will require at least one day per week in the Dublin office and frequent travel around the country. Hence, although it is envisaged that the successful candidate will probably live in the greater Dublin / Leinster area, this is secondary to finding the right person.
