Due to continued growth, they are expanding their sales team and this has created an opportunity for someone, probably with two to five years of sales experience. This experience does not need to be healthcare / medical products as it is the transferable skillset and attitude that we will be focused upon.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate could come from either an existing field sales role or experience in telesales or a call centre sales position. We might also consider a candidate with a retail sales background if the right professional characteristics can be evidenced.
It can be described as a career-advancing role that will be given the full backing and support of a highly experienced team from a key supplier to the market. Hence it suits a person who is ambitious, self-motivated and keen to develop their already proven early-stage career in sales.
The role requires a combination skillset. Active in developing new business but with soft, consultative selling skills. Someone able to take over existing accounts and look for new ones, all whilst ensuring a high level of ongoing service and customer satisfaction.
