To help accelerate this growth, they’re looking for a Product Specialist who can meet with private clients and healthcare professionals, and conduct product demonstrations and assessments, to increase sales of their mobility and care products. They are open to a newcomer to the sector providing that you have the necessary transferable skills, attitude and ethics.
It is envisaged that this will be a career move for someone keen to develop a career in the sector across the Greater Dublin and South East Area. It can be described as an autonomous role that will be given the full backing and support of a highly experienced team from a key supplier to the market. Hence it suits a person who is self-motivated and structured in their approach. A person who wants to become a ‘Go To’ professional.
The role requires a combination skillset. Active in developing new business but with soft, consultative selling skills. Someone able to work with a variety of clients and end-users, as well as clinical professionals in nursing homes and community care. Ultimately, to become a trusted, professional Product Specialist and Assessor. To be successful, your characteristics will include professionalism, walk-in-the-room credibility, self-motivation, and a considered structured commercial astuteness. Enthusiasm and an energetic demeanour will also be key.
In return, the successful applicant will gain a good basic salary and a highly rewarding, open-ended commission structure that should see it build to circa €20k in additional earnings.
