The product range covers rehabilitation equipment, mobility products and homecare aids, including the growing area of assistive technology. High-quality, extensive and ongoing training is, therefore, an integral part of this role. This training includes product and technical, together with a basic level of clinical insights to assist with evaluating client needs and product solutions.
Due to the nature of the clients, elderly and disabled people, this often involves working with their family members or carers and frequently with clinical professionals such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Hence, a highly professional yet empathetic manner is also essential. This, coupled with a technical mind and a hands-on approach are prerequisites to be successful.
The positions are working from home and travelling to visit clients in their homes or at healthcare / residential facilities and meeting with clinical professionals across a defined geographic area.
We are open to applicants from different industry sectors but candidates must be able to demonstrate in their current/previous roles; the knowledge, skills and attitude that we describe.
