Our client is a niche SME and a highly respected brand with an excellent reputation. With a strong customer base in Ireland and a growing customer base in Australia, they now need a well-rounded and proven Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead their predominantly online marketing to a young target audience.
Reporting directly to the CEO, applicants will need a good all-round, hands-on level of knowledge, skills and track record including Social Media, Analytics, Adwords, SEO Optimisation, Copywriting, Content, and an ability to make informed data-based decisions. This combined with soft skills with an ability to lead and inspire others are all on the essential list.
The successful candidate will need to develop a deep understanding of the customer base and be able to determine the most effective way to market to them. Hence, we’re looking for someone who can negotiate and set the budget, review, determine and agree on the deliverables, and the best methodology and deliver the agreed KPIs. Achieving a worthwhile performance bonus for doing so.
Candidates will be required to evidence insights, skills, knowledge, and ability. This is a senior role, and the successful candidate will possess a history of commercial delivery in their career to date. Experience working with or in an agency may be a plus, as will success in marketing to a young audience.
