The client is a household name and a very good employer. This position is in their Equipment Service Division. This role can be hybrid after the completion of the induction period. The basic salary may also be tweaked for an exceptional and experienced candidate.
The role involves dealing with calls from customers and liaison with colleagues to ensure customer needs are prioritized and coordinated efficiently. Ensuring information and workloads are allocated to appropriate field-based team members, customers are kept informed, and all company records/information are updated.
Computer literacy is essential, as is dealing with a wide variety of people, often under pressure. Good, clear communication skills, including excellent telephone manner as well as the written word, are a must. Other key skills include meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking. initiative, common sense and the ability to work autonomously or harmoniously with colleagues.
