The client is a market leader in the medical equipment sector, dealing with and supporting all major hospitals throughout Ireland. They are the Irish division of a multi-national that is renowned for its products and service. This role has arisen due to growth and the successful candidate will be joining a small and happy team with a great atmosphere of cooperation.
The role involves dealing with incoming calls from customers and liaison with colleagues in order to ensure customer needs are prioritized and coordinated efficiently. Daily and weekly information workloads are distributed to appropriate field-based team members. This also requires a level of geographic knowledge of Ireland with regard to where major towns and cities are.
The successful candidate will be joining a good team where professionalism and teamwork go hand in hand. The role is office based in Santry.
Computer literacy is essential as will be working with Microsoft Office Suite including Dynamics. Good, clear communication skills including an excellent telephone manner as well as the written word, are a must. Other key skills include meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking. Initiative, common sense and the ability to work either autonomously or harmoniously with others in the team are also needed.
