Our client is a well-known multinational manufacturer. They’re an industry name of excellent reputation with products that are used in hospitals and community care through-out the island of Ireland.

They currently have a vacancy in the Midlands area. They are looking for Service engineer that is technically competent and has some experience with equipment which is predominantly electro-mechanical. This role will involve the full range of service work including installation, commissioning / validation, servicing, fault finding and preventative maintenance.

This is a customer facing role and therefore an ability to deal with a variety of customers and present the right professional image is also an essential element.

The role is part of a team, but with a geographic focus on the Midlands, it is envisaged the successful candidate will live in Kilkenny – Tipperary – Laois – Offaly area. With a structured 37.5-hour Monday to Friday working week, rotational call-out and with the opportunity of paid overtime. All time over the set hours is qualified as overtime.
